The highlights of Karnataka on your itinerary
Karnataka is one of India’s most diverse states: ancient temples, national parks, beaches, royal and dynamic cities… Here’s what we think is unmissable.
Explore the many historical sites of Karnataka such as the spectacular ruins of an ancient empire at Hampi or, less touristy, those of Badami, Aihole and Pattadakal with their incredible architecture.
A real favorite is the illuminations of one of India's most impressive palaces, Mysore Palace, every Sunday at nightfall.
Discover the nature of Karnataka on safaris in Bandipur and Nagarhole National Parks. We love elephants, tigers, and deer as much as the magnificent landscapes.
At Jog Falls, one is impressed by those which are among the highest waterfalls in India; they are spectacular during the monsoon.
For relaxation and trekking in Karnataka , we love taking jeep tours or hiking through the coffee plantations of Coorg or Chikmagalur. We also enjoy the beach at Gokarna at the end of our trip. Much quieter than Goa, the beach is magnificent and the place is perfect for yoga and spectacular sunsets.

Former capital of the Vijayanagara Empire, Hampi captivates visitors with its lunar landscapes and majestic temples. It is a unique site in India, ideal to explore with a private guide.

Renowned for its sumptuous palace, Mysore embodies the royal elegance of southern India. The city is also known for its colourful markets and refined culture.

Nicknamed the "Switzerland of India," this mountainous region offers a perfect setting to relax in charming lodges amidst coffee plantations.

These nature reserves offer some of the most beautiful safaris in India, with the possibility of observing elephants, leopards, and tigers in an exclusive setting.
